My love of movement began at age 3 when I first put on a pair of ice skates. Many years and state competitions later, I transferred that movement passion from ice to land, where my I set aside my skates in favor of pointe shoes, living the life of a ballet dancer across the country. 

My bun-head days are behind me now, but my feet can't stay still for long. Nor my limbs, trunk or neck for that matter. From yoga to tango, Pilates to strength training, developmental to primal movement patterns, I need to move. It fuels me, grounds me, awakens me.  And knowing first-hand the potential of movement to change lives is why I choose to share it with others.
